So I began a brand new process the day gone by and one of my coworkers made this sauce that used to be extra special however I dont consider the name of it.
He sauteed onions after which added hen inventory and bay leaves and lowered it to au sec. He then added heavy cream and lowered it extra, after which combined it, strained it, and seasoned it. I did not see him upload anything to it however its imaginable he may have once I wasn’t having a look.
