I continuously purchase IQF cod fillets at Safeway or Costco in 2 lb. luggage. Whether I bake or pan-fry there’s at all times a minimum of one piece that has an excessively tricky chewy segment. Based on the remainder of the items, it isn’t over cooked. What reasons the harsh house, is it freezing or the unique fish.
