Tofu Stirfry – Runners Connect
Heat the oil in a non-stick wok. Add the broccoli, then fry on a top warmth for five minutes or till simply comfortable, including a bit water if it starts to catch. Add the garlic and chilli, fry for 1 min, then toss throughout the spring onions, soya beans, pak choi and tofu. Stir-fry for two-three minutes. Add the hoisin, soy and nuts to heat thru.
