[Homemade] My first attempt at Beef Wellington! 3.5lb prime beef tenderloin, grey poupon, chanterelle and duck pate duxelles, prosciutto di parma, puff pastry. Gordon would be proud; beef was 128F, duxelles layer is the correct size and even, and the puff pastry held together when sliced! [OC]
