SCD Chicken-Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms – Healthy Gut Company

- four portobello mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons liquid aminos
- ¾ cup mushroom rooster bone broth
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 ½ cups crimini mushrooms, more or less chopped
- 1 cup cooked rooster breast, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, more or less chopped
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Gently blank the portobello mushrooms with a paper towel and take away the stems. Evenly distribute the liquid aminos through rubbing on each and every of the mushroom tops. Place mushrooms gill-facet up on a nonstick baking sheet.
