Plateauing on shoulder press at 35lbs each hand, but gym doesn’t have dumbbells needed to deload. : Fitness
I have been making an attempt to do shoulder presses with 35 lbs in each hand, but I have plateaued. My gym best has 30 lb dumbbells and above in increments of five (so no 32.five dumbbell).
I did 3×10 of 30 lb dumbbells in each hand lovely simply, and I have attempted to do 35, but I will be able to’t even do a complete set of 10. What do I do? Is it since the build up in weight of five kilos on each hand is just too giant? What do I do if I do not have 32.five dumbbells?
