Hey everybody. Lurker of the subreddit for a whilst. I lately began a cut about 2 weeks in the past. Started at 6’three 240 and now I range between 225-230 relying on water weight. I’ve been doing PPL for the closing 2 months expanding weight as much as 335lbs for 5×5 on squat and now I fight doing 315 5×5. I do know on a cut that it’s simple to lose some strength alongside the best way however how do y’all pass about dealing with it mentally as it’s actually bumming me out. (I do get about 140g of protein a day simply sought after to throw that during there)
