Not sure what my goals should be, been lifting since August… : Fitness
So I have been lifting since August and I had a horrible, horrible vitamin since September (began uni). https://imgur.com/a/JmsHziU that is me at the moment, I’ve notes on each and every % beneath it.
Basically I have no idea if I should be slicing or keeping up. My lifts have stalled beautiful arduous to be fair (caught on 62.5kg bench press, 20kg dumbell rows and an identical choice of pull ups, Five-6 each and every set). I have been consuming moderately blank since February to check out and get thru this however at max I have added like 10% extra reps on each and every workout on the similar weight. I have been going to the fitness center Five occasions every week.
