For some reason I haven’t wanted to push past the full feeling into bloated and uncomfortable-maybe it’s that I haven’t been counting calories or really “proscribing” my consumption. I stocked my refrigerator and freezer with just right meals and had been consuming a large number of salads, eggs, fruit, and restricted processed foods.
