10, 15, 20, 40 mins and many others.? Does someone have a sponsored solution to this? Also, curious to see if HIIT brings better cognitive advantages (in particular reminiscence) than customary operating. In my private enjoy, I have noticed advantages in reminiscence with customary operating for 20 mins, however I have never experimented much past that, so I am questioning if there may be an optimum level for returns. I would really like to shorten my run time. Lmk
