Homemade spicy garlic miso ramen with pork belly & turnip greens : FoodPorn
1.five tbsp of awase miso paste in 2 cups water
1 tsp garlic paste
1 dried shiitake mushroom (left entire)
1/four cup chopped turnip greens
1 clove garlic (sliced thinly)
2 grams of jalapeño (chopped)
2 grams scallions (thinly sliced, white & inexperienced portions)
Sprinkle of salt, msg & Korean purple pepper powder
The pork belly was once leftover from once I made lechon kawali. I let it simmer for 40 mins on very low warmth to infuse the pork taste into the broth.
