Hey all.

My female friend is doing the Kayla Sistine BBG and is having some difficulty doing push ups. We hit a large wall doing usual place (no longer on knees) and we had a bit of of a breakdown

My query, is there a solution to assist construct muscular tissues that can inevitably assist push ups? We’ve attempted knee place, however even that’s a bit of of a fight
