Does working out the same part of your body hurt your development? : Fitness
I’ll be truthful with you all. I am looking to develop my ass and hips whilst additionally rising arm muscle and getting my abdomen to be slimmed down. I have been going to the health club just about on a regular basis for roughly two weeks and my major focal point is my glutes and hips so I do alot of donkey kicks, hip adduction, hip thrust with weights , and stuff like that. Because it’s in the major focal point are the ones portions I works them out virtually each time i am at the health club. I cant assist it. Is it dangerous to coach that part of my body Three-Four instances per week?
Also if it isnt obtrusive , I am feminine. Dunno if that is helping
