Do i trust calories burnt on machine or wearable? : loseit
Hey all, had been lurking for some time. I am 6 months (37kg/81.5lbs) deep into my keto adventure (blended with intermittent fasting and workout). I have simply were given a Samsung smartwatch which additionally logs bpm and a heap of workout modes.
After a couple of exercises dressed in it, Ive spotted a large distinction between what the machine (i.e. rowing machine) tells me I burn vs what my watch does. Heart price appears to be reasonably correct and each machine and watch say about the similar bpm. Example being my watch says 82 calories burnt after 15 mins, while the machine says 214 calories burnt.
Can any person be offering some knowledge as to which one I must document for calories burnt, as I document the whole lot on MyFitnessPal. I am type of leaning in opposition to the wearable, even supposing it is lesser of the 2.
