After a couple of weeks of coaching with negatives and bands, I in any case completed my first strict, useless dangle chin up. I opted to coach chins just because I have been doing Starting Strength and chins are prescribed.
Anyways I will do one chin, however no longer two. I will do every other one if I leisure 2 mins. What’s one of the simplest ways to coach from right here? I might love to do 3×8 and in the end progress to weighted. Should I do negatives for the remainder of my set?
