I’d love to make an apology previously if this seems like me rambling btw Alright Reddit, so I’m a 15 yr previous teenage boy who recently weighs 240 kilos and is 6 toes tall. Since September I’ve been persistently shedding 10 kilos a month(received weight all over Christmas and needed to burn it in January) however I’ve run into an issue. Typically with me, I have a tendency to shed weight in those brief durations of like per week or no matter, I’ve been the use of MyFitnessPal to trace my energy so I may keep heading in the right direction for shedding 2 kilos a month.
