Can only squat / deadlift these days, looking to get into using Prelipins Chart that runs on a 13 week cycle. : Fitness
I these days have a shoulder damage so OHP / Bench Press is not conceivable sadly.
Looking at some examples of Prelipins Chart [here] (https://i.imgur.com/cSfhwsX.jpg) If I will only squat and deadlift that method I will only in reality pass to the gymnasium two times a week except I throw in accent paintings. If I am figuring out it as it should be, is it possible to be in a position to hit each squat and deadlift two times a week? If I am studying the INOL as it should be and using that chart equipped within the video the Week 1 weight has an INOL of zero.73, that means I may feasibly do it two times a week to make it round 1.five INOL weekly which is potential. I may do it three times a week, however I am not sure what sort of toll deadlifting / squatting that ceaselessly would have on my frame.
