I am a newbie, I do not know about what I am doing. Everyday day I do workouts for various portions of the body particularly chest, biceps, triceps, wings, shoulders, and legs. I get started each and every exercise with warmup and aerobic, I do 120xjumping Jacks, 45xsquats, 10xNormal push-up, 50xkneeling down push-up. What can I combine to this regimen to look higher effects?
