Are "strongman" gyms good for the normal natty lifter?
I'm in the means of shifting out of state, and health club places is a large a part of my choice procedure for the place I am getting a spot. There is a strongman health club inside of strolling distance from one, however I've by no means identified any individual whose used one (nor have I observed one tbh). It has atlas stones, keg throws, prowlers, all that roughly things you don't usually see in a health club. And no this isn’t crossfit orientated. Is this sort of position sensible for a lifter, or am I at an advantage sticking to a conventional health club?
