Aisha Praught Leer is a qualified middle-distance runner for Under Armour, a countrywide document holder within the 5000 meters, a 2016 Olympian (she competed within the 3000-meter steeplechase), and a gold medal winner on the 2018 Commonwealth Games. On this episode, Aisha talks about her development as a qualified athlete, her choice to race for and constitute Jamaica (she’s a Jamaican-American twin citizen), and her determination for giving again and serving to encourage the following technology of runners. She talks about what it’s like being married to fellow skilled runner Will Leer, and opens up about her choice to go away Eugene, OR, the place she educated with the Oregon Track Club Elite, and transfer to Colorado to coach along Emma Coburn, underneath the course of trainer Joe Bosshard.
