Accessory work in a limited home gym : Fitness
I believed this is able to do higher as its personal thread because it will not be such a “simple” query for the day-to-day thread.
What form of accent work do you suggest for a home gym with limited apparatus? This is what I’ve:
I do a 531 sort complete frame program, and I will be able to do the entire primary compound lifts with the above discussed apparatus. But this system accommodates a lot of weighted accent work too. I do know there are many nice recommendation on /r/bodyweightfitness however I am on the lookout for extra resistance that would exchange the cable machines and so on on the gym, as I am taking a look ahead to after all surrender the gym and do all coaching from home.
