A New 1/2 Marathon PR + Marathon Training Log!
1:20:23 ahhhhhh!!! I had a just right feeling going into this race (and a few contemporary legs too) with the function of a 6:10 moderate and I hit 6:08 moderate. I’ll have an excessively detailed race recap for you day after today!
Monday: 6.57 miles @ eight:13 moderate
Tuesday: eight.22 miles with a brand new MTC (downhill) mile PR of five:10.
Wednesday: 7 miles overall within the mountains @ nine:55 moderate.
Thursday: 6 mies @ 7:55 moderate!
Saturday: 24.three miles (with the 13.1 for the race @ 6:08 moderate plus cooldown) within the morning with four miles within the night with Andrew, Brooke and Skye!
52ish miles for the week (with maximum of them on Saturday ha). 6 weeks and five days till our marathon!
PS I feel a brand new factor on Sundays will likely be my marathon coaching log and an image or two! Now that the children are again at school I wish to ensure that I’m actually soaking within the time they’re house at the weekends:). Have the most productive day and prefer at all times… I WANT TO HEAR ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE UP TO OR WHAT YOUR BEST RUN WAS TODAY!
