Hi guys, so to begin with I am 22 yo and these days I am 101-102 kg . So I used to be 127kg , and round mid January I made up our minds that I had sufficient so I set a objective (100kg) and got to work on it. As I discussed prior to now I controlled to succeed in 102kg with workout at house ( round 25m consistent with day – 5days every week) and warning on what I used to be consuming (I began counting energy and stuff). Anyway on june 16th I began going to the gymnasium, they gave me a program (first day higher frame workout , 2d day Lower frame workout, and 3rd day cardio) and I will the gymnasium four days every week, however the factor is that I ended reducing weight, I do know you are going to say it is a weight plateau, however it has came about to me ahead of and it lasted just for per week or so, now it is been round 2-Three weeks and I am all the time round 101-102 kg, any thought on what is going on and the way I will get to the bottom of this factor ?
