5/3/1 BBB and lack of strength development: : Fitness
Hey all, I’ve been doing 5/3/1 BBB because the remaining week of January and whilst I’ve made some strength positive factors, it’s now not a lot.
Starting stats: 18 Male
350 Sumo Deadlift
400 Sumo Deadlift
Sleep 6-Eight hours an evening
Diet is for zero.5lbs per week weight achieve, despite the fact that it stalled a little bit at 143-144 for necessarily a month and a part. (Mid April to Early June)
I ran this system as said, (90% of your actual maxes when beginning, 25-50 reps of push/pull/SL or core, and many others.) however I’m puzzled as to why development is stalling. After buying the Forever ebook, I’m pondering of switching to Boring But Strong as I feel the decrease reps/upper depth would lend a hand my strength.
Any ideas for what goes incorrect?
